This blog post is going to be all about a couple of beauty boxes I picked up last month from Boots. I originally went in to buy the No7 one but then I saw the Soap & Glory one as well and was instantly like I need this in my life, so I ended up getting both.
First I’m going to start with The Beauty Vault from No7…
There’s such an amazing selection of products in this one, from beauty to skincare
I’ve started using the Radiant Results Revitalising Micellar Cleansing Water to remove make up and the Radiant Results Revitalising Foaming Cleanser to wash my face with on other days. I love how they leave my skin feeling after I’ve used them.
I’ve used the Amazing Eyes Pencil in Bronze a couple of times already and I really like how the Perfectly Bronzed Mosaic Bronzer has different shades in it so they mix together when you put it on.
The Instant Illusions Airbrush Away Primer is the second primer I have ever tried (the last one was from No7 as well) back in 2010(?) but I really didn’t get on with it at all, I used it once and that was it. This one however, I really like the texture of it and it goes on really smoothly under make up which is great.
I haven’t used the nail polishes yet (I need to paint my nails again soon!) and No7 wipes used to be a go to of mine to remove make up so I’m looking forward to using these ones.
I’ve actually kept the box these were in, I mean hello – rose gold! It’s currently sitting on the shelf on my desk.
… and secondly, Soap & Glory Foam And Away…
I absolutely love the beach hut shape and design of the box these came in.
Like the yellow in the No7 box, I love the cute pink tissue paper in this box too.
Ever since I was sent Clean On Me (see my review of that here – Reviewing 2 Soap & Glory Products) I’ve really liked that product so when I saw it in the Soap & Glory box that was definitely one of the things that made me want to buy it, that and the Sexy Mother Pucker Lipstick (I haven’t tried Soap & Glory lipsticks before!) this one has a lovely scent and is in the shade Nude Edition Satin which is really lovely.
So far I’ve used The Righteous Butter Creamy Body Wash, the Flake Away Body Polish and The Righteous Butter Body Butter, as well as the Clean On Me which I started using straight away (I’d already used up the previous one I had). And of course the lipstick! Absolutely brilliant products.
The make up I wore today included the No7 primer, mascara (which is also brilliant!), bronzer and eye pencil and the lipstick from Soap & Glory.
Have any of you guys bought either of these boxes? The No7 one has sold out, it disappeared pretty quickly, I’m not sure about in store but at the time of typing this there are some Soap & Glory ones still online at Boots if any of you want to get one.
